RMA Experimentation in Guadeloupe – by Adiles

We decided to introduce the RMA approach during the last day of the experimentation,  in the previous 2 days thanks to the ice-breakers and workshop we created a good group dynamic and thus we were more comfortable with the RMA approach.
We started to ask the participants to present themselves and answering two questions "which is your dream" and to identify one thing they like about Guadeloupe and one they dislike about the island ( we decided to modify the question because the concept of knowledge and transmission were to abstract).
During the presentation some of them talked about their personal history, the difficulties they face in daily life, the racism and discrimination they are confronted every day. Some of them had strong emotions and start to cry, but they told us was a very important moment to freed their speech and share those emotions.
